Train in the company of other cyclists and gravel riders while enjoying the confidence of support around you all weekend. With years of experience, we have mastered the art of crafting a camp to fit all fitness levels and expectations. Come to camp to unplug and just ride. Let us take care of everything.

The Coaches and Staff

The staff will provide support and focus on the details so you don't have to. Our staff will include professional cycling coaches, physical therapist, massage therapist, and top level mechanics to guarantee you and your bike perform throughout the camp. From the time you show up until the time you leave you will be treated like a professional athlete. After every ride you can expect a power analysis, massage, fine cuisine, and daily tune-up of your bike. Also enjoy professional support on the rides from our crew that will be with us along each ride. Need another gel or more water? It will never be far away.

Lodging and Food

With the price of camp, lodging and food is included. This means you need to bring your bike, clothes, and  be prepare for a good time. You will be sleeping at the historic Gulfer Mansion located in the middle of Emporia. This gives you the opportunity to walk downtown if needed for any extra entertainment. Expect a delicious breakfast, a recovery lunch and replenishing dinner to fuel your experience daily.

2 brief presentations covering nutrition and training into the winter. Gauranteed not to put you to sleep.

+ Routes

To be announced in October. Plan for a 30 mile day, 60 - 80 mile day and a 50 mile day.

+ Communication

Ride with local coaches and athletes and gain from their experience.

+ Nutrition

On the bike we will be using Science in Sport products. Absolute Endurance has no partnership with them but strongly believes the science behind their products best supports endurance athletes.

+ Daily Analysis

After each ride you will sit down with a coach to review your power and how you performed for the day. Don't have a power meter? We will do everything we can to provide you one for the entirety of the the camp.

+ What to Bring

You should come prepared to ride but some obvious items you should bring with you include: (Keep in mind the weather when packing for camp)

  1. Cycling computer or GPS device.
  2. Helmet, cycling kit, shoes, and gloves
  3. Red tail light.
  4. 2 water bottles
  5. Two spare inner tubes.
  6. Air pump or inflation system.
  7. Your cell phone
  8. A gravel capable bike (a road bike does not work in this part of the country)

Space is very limited and is first come, first serve. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at time of sign up. The remaining amount will be billed 14 days before camp starts.
